Mt. Cho Oyu (8201 meters) is the 6th highest mountain in the world and located in Mahalangur Himalayan range to just in the back yard of beautiful wetland area in Khumbu region. As it is very near to the border land of Nepal and Tibet, this Mountain Expedition can also be climbed via Tibetan territory. Cho Oyu is technically straight forward so the all climbers who are thinking to go for expedition should have good preparation and perfectly fitness. For climbing to Cho Oyu make all the documentation at Kathmandu and the move to its base camp following the Araniko high way to border and then go to base camp passing the developing small Tibetan town Zangmu, Nyalam, Thingri. The expedition group sets their base camp at the elevation of 5400 meter. Generally beyond the base camp expedition team set three high camps for their convenience, They set first high camp at 6400 meter which can be reached 4-5 hours ascending and then second camp is at 7100 m which is challenging, where we should follow ice wall. Approximately 4 hours further challenging walking after second camp we can get to third high camp 7500 meter and then almost 9-10 hours ascending beyond third camp finally, we will get to our prime dream destination the summit 8201 meters, which offers us an unbelievable vista of immortal white mountains wall tops above the clouds.
